- Underground parking – the hotel has a limited number of parking spaces. These are available subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance, so we cannot guarantee a space upon arrival.
- Short stay at the entrance – brief stopping is permitted in front of the main entrance for loading and unloading luggage. The designated spaces are marked with appropriate signs.
- Free public parking – a free municipal car park is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel and provides a convenient alternative when the underground parking is full.

What type of water is used in the pools?
The pools use mineral water from the hotel’s own thermal spring No. 9HG. The water emerges at 41°C and is used undiluted, just as it comes from the earth. It is continuously renewed and gently treated through saltwater electrolysis for maximum comfort and purity.
Temperatures vary depending on the type of pool and the season—from 26–28°C in the semi-Olympic pool to 35–40°C in the thermal pools, allowing every guest to choose an experience that suits their preferences.
How many pools are there?
There are eight mineral pools, including year-round and seasonal, indoor and outdoor pools.
