You can book your stay directly through the online booking system on our website by selecting “Book Now”, by phone or by sending an email enquiry. When booking directly, you gain access to the latest offers, package deals and the best available conditions for your selected dates.
Payment terms are determined by the rate and conditions under which the reservation was made.
Standard payment terms:
Upon booking – a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation value must be paid via online POS terminal or bank transfer within 5 days of the reservation confirmation.
Upon check-in – the remaining balance of the reservation must be paid.
Different payment terms may apply to reservations made under special offers, promotional rates or holiday packages, including a requirement for 100% prepayment. Please review the terms displayed when making your reservation or included in the confirmation you received.
Cancellation terms are determined by the rate and conditions under which the reservation was made.
Standard cancellation policy:
For cancellations made up to 5 days before the check-in date – no cancellation fee applies.
For cancellations made less than 5 days before the check-in date – the paid deposit will be retained.
In the event of a no-show – the paid deposit will be retained.

Yes, the hotel offers several parking options:
Underground parking – the hotel has a limited number of parking spaces. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance, so we cannot guarantee availability upon arrival.
Short stay at the entrance – brief stopping is permitted in front of the main entrance for loading and unloading luggage. The designated spaces are marked with the appropriate signs.
Free public parking – a free municipal car park is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel and provides a convenient alternative when the underground parking is full.
Parking spaces around the hotel are limited. Guests are kindly asked to use designated parking areas only and follow all road signs to avoid municipal fines.
Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the hotel within the municipal parking area. Their use is subject to availability and they cannot be reserved in advance.
Yes, Kamengrad Hotel accepts pets weighing up to 10 kg for an additional fee of EUR 40 per day. Pet-friendly accommodation is available only in selected room categories and is subject to availability.

Yes. All pools at Libera Dome use mineral water from a natural thermal spring in the Panagyurishte area. The water is continuously renewed and gently treated through saltwater electrolysis for maximum comfort and purity.
Temperatures vary according to the type of pool and the season—from 26–28°C in the semi-Olympic pool to 35–40°C in the thermal pools. This allows every guest to choose an experience that suits their preferences.
