Take the Trakia Motorway to the Pazardzhik exit, then continue for 35 km along Road II-37 to Panagyurishte. The route is well signposted.

The hotel is located in the central area of Panagyurishte. Here are the available options for parking your car.

Parking spaces in the surrounding area are limited. Please use only designated parking spaces and follow the road signs to avoid municipal fines.
Luggage drop-off
Brief stopping is permitted in front of the hotel entrance. The designated spaces are marked with signs.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Subject to availability, we offer early check-in or late check-out upon advance request. Please contact reception so that we can check availability for your selected date.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
Yes. All packages include a buffet breakfast served in the main restaurant between 07:30 and 10:30.
Do guests have complimentary access to the SPA centre?
Access to Libera Dome Aqua & SPA, including the mineral pools and Thermal Zone, is included in your stay. Treatments and rituals at Libera Dome Wellness & Longevity must be booked separately and are subject to an additional charge.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, Kamengrad Hotel accepts pets weighing up to 10 kg for an additional fee of EUR 40 per day. Pet-friendly accommodation is available only in selected room categories and is subject to availability.

Is the hotel suitable for children?
Yes. Kamengrad Hotel is an excellent choice for a family holiday with children. Facilities include pools with safe depths, a PlayStation Teen Zone and seasonal children’s entertainment with a variety of activities during selected periods.
For families travelling with babies, a baby cot can be provided upon advance request and subject to availability in all room categories except the Economy Room.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment in cash, by debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard), and by bank transfer subject to prior arrangement. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid card.
