Reservations and Accommodation
We undertake to provide the services requested and paid for through an online reservation in their full scope and quality, based on the information entered in the reservation form: name, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children, and price per night.
Any request entered in the “Notes” field will be accommodated whenever possible.
Guests who have not reached the applicable age by the date of arrival are considered children for the purposes of the reservation.

Prices and Payment
The prices displayed on the website are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount payable is calculated automatically according to the number of nights, the number of adults and children, and the current offer applicable to the selected period.
To guarantee an online reservation, you must pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer within the payment period specified after the reservation is made.
We reserve the right to change prices and special offers according to demand and current availability. For reservations that have already been made, confirmed and paid for, the amount due remains unchanged, regardless of any subsequent price offers.

Cancellations and Amendments
In the event of cancellation, non-use or amendment of a paid online reservation, we will refund the amount paid upon request, subject to the applicable cancellation fee:
Reservation amendments without penalty — up to 5 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation without penalty — up to 5 days before the check-in date.
For amendments or cancellations made after this deadline, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit will apply.
When amounts are refunded, all transfer costs, including bank charges and other fees, are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 30 days, according to the original payment method, and only to the bank account from which the payment was received. Your card details are used exclusively by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made in one of three ways.
By Debit or Credit Card
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic and Maestro.
When this payment method is selected, you will be redirected to the payment page of our servicing bank, DSK Bank, where you can enter your card details. If you are registered with Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode, the authentication page of your card-issuing bank will open.
Following a successful transaction, a payment confirmation will appear on the screen, which you may print or save.
Your card details are used exclusively by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
To protect you against misuse, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organisations:
The security of data entry and transmission is ensured through SSL encryption between our server and the bank’s payment page.
The authenticity of the card is verified using the card security code (CVV2).
For identification purposes, the bank’s payment server supports Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode where the cardholder is registered to use these services.
Once the payment is completed, the specified amount is automatically charged to your card. For security reasons, the maximum amount that may be paid by card is BGN 3,000.
By Bank Transfer
Payment must be made no later than the deadline specified after the reservation is completed.
We recommend sending a copy of the payment document to reservations@kamengrad.bg. The reservation number must be included in the payment reference.

For reservations with an arrival date within the next 3 days, we recommend paying in cash at reception, as this enables us to process the reservation more quickly.

Important Information
If an online reservation is not paid within the specified period, or if a copy of the payment document is not submitted for a bank-transfer payment, the reservation will be cancelled automatically by the system.
If you are unable to pay for an online reservation that has already been made, please notify us at reservations@kamengrad.bg.
If this requirement is not observed, “Thracian Hoteliers” EOOD reserves the right to seek compensation and penalties for reservations that have been made but not paid for.

Refunds
When a reservation is cancelled in accordance with the stated conditions, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the reservation.
Amounts paid by bank card or bank transfer will be refunded only to the card or bank account originally used for the payment. All bank charges associated with the transaction are borne by the customer.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties
We undertake to provide all services requested and paid for by you in their full scope.
We undertake not to change the price of the requested services, except in exceptional and economically justified circumstances.
We are not liable for damage caused by the actions of third parties.
Amounts paid for services that were requested but not used, either fully or partially, due to the customer’s actions or failure to use them, are non-refundable.
Guests must observe generally accepted standards of appropriate conduct throughout their stay. Guests are liable for the cost of any material damage they cause.
We reserve the right to amend the information on this page and these Terms and Conditions at any time. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate and correct, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
By making a reservation, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Reservations accepted by telephone, email or through the website constitute a contractual relationship. Payment is deemed to constitute acceptance of the hotel’s Terms and Conditions of Stay.
For all disputes and legal matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, the mandatory provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
